Barry Louis Polisar is a singer, songwriter and author for children who is perhaps best known for his song "All I Want is You" which was used in the opening credits of the film "Juno."
Barry has been writing songs for kids and families for over 35 years and many of his books have environmental themes. A five-time Parents' Choice Award winner, Barry has written songs for Sesame Street and The Weekly Reader. He visits schools and libraries throughout the country presenting his work and when he is not giving concerts and author talks, he picks up trash in the Patuxent River watershed where he lives -- and also along the Chesapeake Bay.
